Schools in the Swift Current area, including the Chinook, Holy Trinity, Sun West, and Prairie South School Divisions, are invited to attend this 2025 event.

The Swift Current Ag & Ex aims to promote agriculture awareness through programs like Discover the Farm: A Farm Facts Experience, which encourage youth involvement in agriculture and teach about food production, farm safety, nutrition, and animal care. The Progressive Agriculture Safety Day® educates school-aged children on safety and health related to farm life. These one-day events provide valuable training and resources to make rural life safer and healthier for children and their communities.

This program is an excellent field trip option, with new topics added annually. Progressive Agriculture Safety Day® began in 2013, followed by the Animal Health & Safety program in 2014.
